WHEN DOES IT START?

On securing your transformation package you will be offered a range of dates to attend your initial Base Camp Intro Session. Once you have attended the intro session you can begin your programme straight away.

WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS?

We have sessions available every weekday at 6am, 7.15am, 10am, 12.15pm, 5.30pm and 6.45pm, plus Saturday mornings at 8am and 9.15am. You can come to whichever three sessions suit you best each week.

HOW MUCH IS THE TRIAL?

OUR 6 WEEK CHALLENGE IS £147. This includes a dedicated personal coach, a goal-specific training programme, three coached sessions each week, nutrition support, weekly check-ins, fitness education, a supportive community and guaranteed results!

DO I NEED TO BE FIT ALREADY?

No, everything is tailored to your current level of strength and fitness. No matter what your starting point is we'll coach you to get fitter, stronger and leaner over the course of 30 days.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MY CHALLENGE?

Thats completely your choice. Once you have been through Base Camp on your 30 Day Trial, you can become a fully-fledged member of Base Tribe by choosing a membership package that works for you. Or if you decide Base isn't for you we can part ways, no hard feelings!
